VDA has interface toward to most known world's and domestic hotel software by which is provided automated billing service that the guest has bought via TV as bill view on TV interface.
Status „Room is cleaned“
After cleaning the room the maid on special TV interface enters information that the room is clean and that information is displayed on reception.
Room maintenance
Hotel technical staff can list all requirements for repairs in the room that was entered by hotel maids via special TV interface in the room.
Minibar consumption billing
Maid has ability to directly enter minibar consumption via special TV interface by which is reducing risk of wrong minibar consumption bills.
Warning messages
This is important function that enables to simultaneously send warning message in every room as information about secure procedures and what guest must do. Example is fire alarm.
