Messages

a)    Personalized welcome message and message from reception

These are two tools used by reception. First tool personalize welcome message to guest on his native language and shows his name on welcome display. Second tool enables reception sending messages to guest while he is absent from room.

b)    Group messages from reception

Reception can send message on group of rooms according to their level of importance. If the message is of high importance it immediately displays on guest's TV screen and guest confirms that he has read the message.

Temperature and light control

Our system enables control of room temperature and lighting via TV. This is accomplished by linking the PowerTV system with Micromaster system of intelligent rooms that controls the air conditioning and lighting.

Account overview-View Bill

Guest can via TV view their account, at any time in the hotel. There is displayed every item that charges the room account/bill including TV shopping (movies, Internet, room ordering i etc.) This function is connected with hotel software.

Awaking

Every guest can on TV set the awaking. In desired time TV will turn on and the waking alarm or music will show depending on settings specified by hotel.

Express Check-out

Why not to accelerate checking-out, allowing guest to do that via TV and to avoid the crowd on reception? The function is simple and reliable and guest will be charged with credit card via connection with hotel software.

Parental control

Parental control is activated on reception when guest signs in or in any time on his request. This function prevents minor to access the content for adults and/or Internet. Guest has ability to activate and deactivate inappropriate content directly on TV via special menu.

World time

Guest has access to information about local time and time in any of 24 time zones.

News and weather

This function uses RSS technology so that guest can on time get worldwide news, weather situation in town where he is located as the other countries, too.

Room ordering

Guest can via TV order food in the room choosing some of menus shown on display. On similar way, similar like ordering the food guest can ask hotel to pick up the laundry or luggage and to call taxi over concierge.
