UNICEF's advisory center for early childhood development; „Telefončić“

As a part of UNICEF's action „First 3 are the most important“, in Zagreb was opened advisory center for early childhood development-„Telefončić“. Advisory center provides information and expert assistance in the field of pregnacy and childbirth, breastfeeding and nutrition, child health needs and care, child motor, emotional and psychosocial development and modern parenting.

Company STORM Informatika was involved in this project with the installation of a contact center. Contact centers represent a revolution in the field of customer service. New generations of customers and a new generation of communication require full management of customers service, providing consistent service regardless of the communication way and unlimited time (24x7). To enable the timely availability of expert information, our aim was to achieve a distribution of contacts toward the agents and connection with the current available agent and in the shortest period of time.

Professional team that stands behind the center are medical and counseling care nurses, midwives, psychologists and other experts in this field. Funds to start advisory center were donated by people and organizations in cooperation with Croatian telecom. Together, they have collected 1.3 million HRK.
