eAmbulance - customer education
In our premises in Zagreb, we organized the education regarding the use of eAmbulance solution.
The aim of this education is to improve the knowledge of existing users of this application and to enable new users to acquire knowledge necessary to work with this application.
Workshop was organized for three categories of participants/customers:
- Category "Intervention management"
- Category "Invoice management"
- Category "Work-flow monitoring"
Our desire is through monthly educations ensure continuous development and improvement of eAmbulance application.
eAmbulance is an integrated information-telecommunication system of Institute of Emergency Medicine which covers 80% of Croatian territory.
