Avaya A Power 2013 conference
A Power conference is an annual regional conference organized by the company Avaya and its partners. This year it has been host in Slovakia in the period of 12th to 14th of March.
Power of We is a key foundation of Avaya business and their solutions help to gather the people easier and faster and allow them timely access to information through a variety of devices, all with the goal in emphasing the power of collaboration and its importance to the business success.
This year's conference was led by Avaya's experts and partners, providing access to the latest technologies and strategies to acquire a better position on the market, achieve better communication and increase efficiency. Participants had the opportunity to try out live demo solutions and talk with partners who have implemented Avaya technology and developed their own add-on applications with great success.
This year STORM Informatika has joined the conference as a Silver Partner and has presented its own solutions for Avaya IP PBX.
One solution is the CDR application for Avaya CM and Avaya IPO; application for monitoring and controling of costs. The application consist of two modules: module to collect records and web module used for setup and review of data and reports. Another application is related to hospitality industry and is designed for Avaya IP Office. Also, the application has two forms, one is able to connect with PMS systems such as Micros Fidelio, while the other is a standalone application that provides the same functionality through a web interface.
The conference presented Avaya and Avaya UC Strategy Consultative Approach. They discussed topics like Avaya Contact Center and Cloud Solutions. A couple of case studies have been presented, from the field of automotive, transportation companies and others who have through their experience presented Scopia video solutions, Social media integration in the contact center and other Avaya solutions. Participants had a few demo versions and were able to lead discussions with top experts in this aspect of the industry.
