Solaris Hotels have Avaya communication server senior management and limited functionality and extensions capabilities. It was necessary to upgrade:
- Refresh the software version,
- Refresh the central server for reliability,
- Introduce the SIP trunk interface for more favorable conditions with the public voice service provider
- Enabled mobility
- Availability on any device, whether inside or outside the company
- Free communication remote employees without VPN connectivity (over the Internet)
- Refresh the contact center software to a new version;
- By stipulating software support, it was possible to get support from Avaya and upgrade the system with new licenses, software versions, and functionalities
